I tried getting help from rambobikes.com it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. It took forever to hear back, and when they finally responded, it seemed like they hadn’t actually read what I wrote. I had to explain the same thing over and over, which got old really fast. After spending that kind of money, I expected a lot better. I wouldn’t order from them again based on the service alone.

I needed a replacement part and of course it was out of stock for weeks. I contacted support, but they couldn’t really give me a clear idea of when it would be available, just told me to keep checking back. So now the bike is just sitting there unusable, which is frustrating after spending that much money on it..

The shipping took way longer than I expected. I kept waiting for some kind of clear update, but there wasn’t much communication, so I had no idea what was going on. It did eventually arrive, but the whole process was frustrating

I don’t think this bike is worth what I paid for it. It rides okay, but at this price I expected it to feel a lot better. I’ve also had to spend extra time messing with little adjustments and dealing with things I really shouldn’t have to after paying this much. Kind of regret buying it.

Overall, it rides well and I don’t have any big complaints there. It’s just heavier than I was expecting. I’m guessing maybe they used thicker materials or something to make it feel more durable, but I’m not totally sure. Good bike, just not the lightest if you have to move it around much.

I really wanted to feel like I was in good hands, but dealing with warranty support was frustrating. I kept getting passed around and told different things, and after weeks of waiting, I still didn’t have any real help. I just wish someone had clearly explained what was going on and reassured me that it was actually being handled.

Not gonna lie, I like it overall, but the battery does seem to drain quickly. I just wish it held a charge a bit longer.

I wanted to like it, but the durability was hit or miss for me. The frame felt a bit cheap right out of the box, and after just a few rides it started rattling. Maybe I got a bad one, but it definitely didn’t feel as solid as I expected.

I was dissapointed with this. The motor felt weak from the start, and it couldn’t really handle even small hills without struggling. After a short time it basically gave up, so not a great experiance.

The bike definitely has that tough, rugged look, and I wanted to like it more than I did. But am I missing something, or is the ride just not that comfortable once you’re on it for a bit?

After about 20 minutes, the seat started feeling hard, and the front end felt stiff on rougher paths. I played around with the tire pressure a little, but it still felt bumpier than I expected. Maybe it’s better for short rides or actual hunting trails, but for longer cruising it got old fast, especially for the price

I was hoping it would feel a lot more confident off-road, but it didn’t really pan out for me. Around rougher trails, it felt shaky, and the power didn’t seem to help much once I got onto loose dirt. I expected better grip and control, so I came away a bit let down.

I got this bike recently, and overall it seems decent. The quality feels okay so far, nothing amazing but not bad either. My brother took a quick look at it too and thought it seemed fine for casual use.

I bought the rack and matching bag because the listing said they were compatible with my bike, and I was hoping to use them for errands instead of taking my car for every little trip. I spent part of a Saturday trying to get everything lined up, but neither one fit right. When I reached out to support, they basically just told me to double check the compatibility, which I had already done before ordering. Frustrating overall.

I tried placing an order, but the checkout page froze on me twice, right at the final step. Then after all that, I never even got an order confirmation. Little things like that make the whole experience feel frustrating, so I probably won’t order from there again.
